Codex Pulse 0.1

Codex Pulse 0.1 is the first public release.

• Shows the remaining Codex quota in the macOS menu bar.
• Refreshes once per second through the official local Codex process.
• Includes the first-launch welcome screen and universal Intel/Apple silicon support.
• Requires macOS 14 or later.

The app is ad-hoc signed but not Apple-notarized. If macOS blocks the first launch, right-click the app and choose Open.
