Parmesan 4.0.1 packages canonical M2 semantic virtual infrastructure and M3 view algebra as required default resources, adds M2-then-M3 managed-workspace orientation, and removes the fixed operand-operator-operand arity constraint from direct traversal notation.

Validation: 104 tests passed; source tree, wheel, and freshly extracted release ZIP validated successfully.
