Parmesan 4.0.2 fixes stale package-manifest identity and makes the release pipeline self-validating. Package manifests now derive identity only from canonical release metadata; validation cross-checks JSON, Markdown, wheel, inventory, checksums, and canonical release identity; and the documented one-command builder owns the complete sequence.

Validation: 106 tests passed; the one-command build, package verifier, and freshly extracted release ZIP all validated successfully.
