Parmesan 4.1.0 introduces native semantic-capsule handoffs for conversational LLMs.

Highlights:

  • parmesan pm4 share captures an exact inspected workspace/head as a deterministic, resource-thin ZIP.
  • SQLite online backup includes committed WAL state; cold verification rejects stale or inconsistent deliverables and excludes journal sidecars.
  • parmesan pm4 receive safely verifies and optionally materializes the capsule for a new conversation.
  • Registered historical resources can be explicitly detached without making the semantic workspace invalid; hydration is reported separately.
  • Re-sharing the same head is idempotent, archive extraction is hardened, and the receiving agent must re-orient through canonical M2 then M3.
  • PM4 JSON output is safe across Windows console encodings.

Scope caveat: capsule v1 carries a complete PM4 authority head. Selective roots plus automatic node-dependency closure are tracked in #54.

Validation: full test suite passed, package/release manifests agree, the wheel imports cleanly, and the extracted ZIP completed initialize → orient → inspect → share → receive → inspect with the same semantic head.
