Protocol revision 4 requires updating host and extension together; read openTabs results from items.
Manual Chrome extension installation
Download browsermcp-extension-manual-install-0.0.25.zip, extract it, then open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked on the extracted folder. Disable the Chrome Web Store copy first if it is installed.
