User-visible changes
- If some chat history was already readable, an extra remaining-parts scan that cannot finish no longer wipes that history or sends you back to first-time setup.
- Setup messages now say when access material was extracted but not verified, instead of blaming the wrong account or an expired credential on a single-account computer.
