• Official Qwen Cloud provider support — the provider catalog now includes separate Qwen Cloud (Token Plan) and Qwen Cloud (Pay-As-You-Go) entries with their official international endpoints, API-key authentication, independent credentials, live model discovery, and support across Relay targets including relay-ai server. Token Plan is intended for interactive coding and agent-tool workloads.
• Official Qwen branding in relay-ai ui — both Qwen Cloud entries use Qwen's standalone purple vector mark throughout the provider UI.

Changed

• Alibaba and Qwen billing regions are now unambiguous — the existing alibaba provider remains compatible and is labeled Alibaba DashScope (China), while Qwen Cloud Token Plan and PAYG remain separate because their keys and endpoints are not interchangeable. The built-in China label is migrated only when the saved provider still matches the original built-in configuration, preserving custom endpoints and credentials.
• Token Plan no longer shows misleading PAYG prices — Alibaba usage pricing is applied only to Qwen Cloud PAYG. Token Plan remains subscription/credit-based, while coding-agent pickers continue filtering image-only and non-tool-capable models.
