First release of macOS Azure OpenAI chat and Whisper v3 speech support!

due to github large file release limitation, you have to do following steps to complete

1. Download 2 files in the package
2. cat xa* > AzureOpenAI.app.tar
3. tar -xvf AzureOpenAI.app.tar

remember to apply Azure OpenAI key and deployment URL to fill into the app! put app in Application folder!

After that, you are good to go on macOS!! Try it!
