Publish GitHub releases on merge

Install: unzip Glyph-1.0.1.zip and move Glyph to Applications. The app is
not notarized, so the first time, right-click it and choose Open (or run
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Glyph.app).

CLI: unzip vectorize-1.0.1-macos.zip and put vectorize on your PATH.
