Got a lot going on today so I’m gonna make this brief,

New features (since 2.1.4.4)

  • Better image handling*: Wide/Tall images are no longer force-cropped all the time. They’re now allowed to take up as much or little vertical space as they want (within reason).
  • Multi-image grid view*: Posts with more than 1 image, but less than 5, now display in a mini grid, ala Bluesky/Twitter.

*Both these features are optional.

  • New Bluesky theme set: available under Display settings
  • New font: Inter, the default Bluesky font is now an option.
  • New font picker: The old custom font selector wouldn’t show custom fonts, so we now let you pick and select your own font file.
  • IceShrimp.NET fix: Word filters now work as intended

Still needs work

  • I’m attempting to fix the issue where heavy shadow falls over your images in the image viewer, but I haven’t been successful yet. You might notice some visual changes in this area before this is done
  • The Gallery Mode still has the bug where gaps appear under the Fullscreen Gallery view in profiles’ media tabs.
