When something is waiting instead of deploying, I want the app to say so.

• A held project now says so on its card, not just in the table.
• A change held through an outage re-checks git before it deploys.
• Switching accounts with "Start Fresh" moves every project at once, or none.
• Greyed-out items in the project menu now explain why.
• "Delete on Vercel…" is no longer offered for a project that has none.
• A deployment reads "Live" everywhere; the table used to say "Ready".
• The app window carries its own icon.

• Projects now remember which account they belong to.
• With more than one account in play, each card shows whose it is next to the framework logo.
• Signing out holds your changes instead of failing them one by one.

• The project menu moved to the card's top-right corner.
