TypeScript SDK release. Paired with Python asqav 0.5.15 from the same commit.

Added

  • Risk-acceptance self-approval guard (SoD): risk_acceptance_self_approval_guard fires when initiatorId equals approverId on receiptType='protectmcp:lifecycle:risk_acceptance'. Guard message bytes match the cloud validator.
  • Emergency halt URL aligned to /orgs/{org_id}/emergency-halt.

Verified before publish: 429 TypeScript tests passed (33 test files), installed tarball smoke checks passed (SDK_VERSION=0.5.14, RECEIPT_TYPE_NAMESPACE correct).
