  broader core surface, keeping the public directory profile focused on the
  agent workflow while preserving the full installed CLI/server for users.
• Improve MCP metadata for agent-profile tools by expanding write/destructive
  tool descriptions and marking memo_pop_notification as destructive only for
  its transient notification queue.
