Monitor Input Switcher v2.8.0

• Switch one monitor from the window. Each monitor row now has a
  small Personal/Work switch that sends just that screen to a profile,
  and highlights the profile each screen is currently showing - so a
  split setup (one screen on each computer) is visible at a glance.
• Your clicks outrank the dock button. Switching anything by hand
  (the big switch, a monitor's mini switch, an input dropdown, the tray
  menu) now stops any dock follow-up still in progress, so the app never
  pulls a monitor back seconds after you deliberately moved it.
• Fixed a monitor being re-switched over and over after a dock press
  when a profile had accumulated a duplicate entry for the same screen
  under two names. Duplicates now merge automatically, and switching
  leaves monitors alone when they're already showing the right input -
  no more input menu flashing on repeats.
