Start the hall without a clone: npx @kevin5251984/guild web. Same shape as npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web. Daemon package is now @kevin5251984/guild (was unpublished @guild/daemon). Protocol is vendored at pack time. First 20 README lines, GIF, four stills, SECURITY stay put.

Tag v0.2.12 stays on 777e957 (Pages take2 GIF). npm 0.2.12 was a dirty-tree preview and is superseded.

Security
run and write execute as you unless you set GUILD_SANDBOX or a Position sandbox: line. Default cwd for run is $HOME. Host MCP spawns as you with no import / consent prompt. Browser snapshots Chrome logins by default unless GUILD_BROWSER_REAL_PROFILE=0. Read SECURITY.md before you point this at a machine you care about.
