• client: The client no longer retries or rate-limits Substack requests. SUBSTACK_GATEWAY_SUBSTACK_RETRY_ATTEMPTS, SUBSTACK_GATEWAY_SUBSTACK_RETRY_MIN_WAIT_SEC, SUBSTACK_GATEWAY_SUBSTACK_RETRY_MAX_WAIT_SEC and SUBSTACK_GATEWAY_SUBSTACK_REQUESTS_PER_SECOND are removed (ignored if still set). RetryableSubstackError and RetryableTransportError are no longer exported, and tenacity and pyrate-limiter are no longer installed. A Substack 429 is returned to REST callers as 429 and other upstream failures as 502. Supply retries and rate limiting with an HTTP transport via GatewayExtension.get_http_transport_factory, or in the calling client.
