UI readability

• The build version now shows in the panel header (under the wordmark), so it's easy to tell which version you're running.
• On/Off toggles (Osc Sync, LFO Sync, Arp On) are now readable when active — dark-on-lime instead of the old washed-out lime-on-lime.
• Dropdown menus — the selected/highlighted row is now readable (dark-on-lime), across every dropdown and the patch browser.
• Knob values now read to 4 decimal places instead of long raw floats.

Critical crash fix (macOS / Ableton Live)

• Fixed a crash — a stack overflow seconds after opening the plugin editor — that affected some hosts, notably Ableton Live. The underlying window layer (baseview) had an infinite recursion in its macOS mouse hit-testing that triggered when the host observes the plugin's view (which Ableton does) and the mouse moves over the editor. Patched at the source, so the recursion can no longer happen.

If Fish Station was crashing shortly after you opened it, this release fixes it.

Also includes the 0.1.2 editor panel-redraw fix.

Bug fix

• Fixed the synth panel rendering as a blank/flat background after the plugin editor was closed and reopened. The editor reused a GPU texture from the previous session that was no longer valid in the new one, so the metal skin didn't paint. It now redraws correctly every time you open the editor.
