This patch version allows multiple, sequential, time-limited NPIs with varying effects (PR #117).

  • Added the function daedalus_timed_npi() to create time-limited NPIs which are not responsive to model state, and which accept multiple start and end times (with non-overlapping intervals), with corresponding openness coefficients.

  • Changes to <daedalus_npi> to accommodate timed NPIs.

  • Changes to C++ daedalus::events::response class to log the index of any timed events: this allows indexing NPI coefficients, and retains boolean flag for other responses.

  • Function daedalus_npi() no longer specifies a default end time, and does not allow multiple start and end times (this is moved to daedalus_timed_npi()).

  • Updated vignette on timed NPIs to show multiple timed-NPI functionality with different openness coefficients.
