Fix a carrier-label instance missed by the earlier correction

The v2.6 correction replaced the retracted "peer maintenance carrier" and
"peer COV-subscribe carrier" labels in the two places a single-line grep found
them. A third instance wrapped across a line break -

  the peer (panel<->panel) carriers of the same exchange (maintenance /
  COV-subscribe), visible only from a panel-side mirror

so the search missed it and the earlier "no residual labels" check was wrong.
Now reads (session / peer-session), matching 6.2.

Re-checked with a multiline pattern rather than a per-line one: zero remaining
occurrences of either retracted label.
