This is the initial release of FlashTimingScoreboardServer. The panel is mostly finished. All core functions are working. The code needs a bit of cleanup and a few unused components need to be removed. You can use this project at a track meet by downloading the jar file as well as the webpage component. The jar file must be opened before the webpage for the scoreboard to function.

The source code can be compiled by downloading the source and running the Maven "package" task.
