Feature release.

New

  • .jam / .jip file associations — a new File Associations section in
Options lets you associate (or remove) .jam and .jip files with Jam Editor,
so double-clicking a JAM/JIP in Explorer opens it directly. Registration is
per-user — no admin rights needed. If another application owns the default,
Jam Editor detects it and offers Set as Default…, which goes through the
    standard Windows "Open with" dialog.
  • Single instance — launching a second copy (e.g. double-clicking a file
while the editor is already open) hands the file to the running window and
brings it to the front. If the current session has unsaved changes you are
prompted to save first; otherwise the file opens straight away.
  • Application icon — the editor now has a proper icon (the JAM logo), shown
on the window, the taskbar, and associated .jam/.jip files.

Notes

  • The download now ships as JamEditor.exe (previously jamviewer.exe).
