My Stream Timer for Stream Deck 2.0.0.0

Install the attached .streamDeckPlugin file, smoke-test it on Windows and macOS, then upload the same package to Elgato Maker Console for Marketplace review. Version 2 is a clean break from the legacy plugin, so existing actions must be re-added.
