Nintendo 3DS homebrew that reads this console's Mii Library, recently-picked
Miis from other titles, and the Friends List, showing them in a dual-screen
browsable list with live face-render portraits (stereoscopic 3D on the top
screen) and an optional local HTTP server for browser access.

Install mii-transfer.cia with any CIA installer (e.g. FBI) - requires
Luma3DS (or equivalent CFW signature patches) like any other homebrew CIA.
