v0.5.2: Transaction details for splits

Monarch MCP 0.5.2 helps your AI assistant work with split transactions. A split turns one purchase into several parts, each with its own category.

Big thanks to @prerak-proof for building this (#23).

• get_transaction_details finds the original purchase for any split part, and lists the parts of a split purchase. Your assistant needs the original purchase to read or change its splits.
• get_transaction_splits now reports an error for a missing transaction instead of saying it has no splits.
• Fixed Ctrl-C sometimes freezing the server on Python 3.10.
