Three fixes found through real-world use, plus an ordering improvement. Upgrade from 0.1.1 recommended — two of these affect common flows.

Fixed

  • Workflow flags crashed the install chain: mix starter.run --oban-pro (or any custom flag) leaked the flag into every queued subprocess's argv; igniter.install's strict option parser rejected it and no installs ran at all. Queued tasks now receive exactly their own args plus --yes.
  • mix starter.run failed with "No workflow found" on Mix 1.20.3+: discovery relied on mix compile loading the app, which newer Mix no longer does. The app is loaded explicitly now.
  • Bun step crashed on re-run: re-merging its ~w() sigil config crashed rewrite's formatter; its edits are now skip-on-rerun.

Changed

  • The generated workflow queues sort_deps last, so dependencies added by the {:install, ...} installers get sorted too. New Ordering section in the Starter.Workflow docs: in-run steps apply first in list order, queued tasks follow in list order — put must-run-last steps at the end as queued tasks.
