2024.10.2: Better entity state reporting

The state will now be the most recent tracking event, unless parcel has been delivered, in which case it will show status message.

I have also made changes and been able to test specific parcels being updated with new data from server.

Additionally I have renamed total parcels sensor to display Yodel Parcels this is better as Tracked Parcels is too generic.
