New Features:

• You can now run aqua doctor to check your AQUA config, and aqua doctor --fix to
  clear out the stale "unknown tool" warnings that used to pile up every time a tool was
  added or retired.

• You can now generate a scannable QR code for any address or invoice, saved as a
  PNG or printed straight to your terminal with aqua qr generate <address> --terminal.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where a corrupt, unreadable, or unrecognized config would take down
  the entire CLI and MCP server on startup.
