• Tab enforcement — blocked sites (YouTube, Netflix, Instagram…) get a 20-second warning capsule, then just those tabs close. Work tabs untouched
• On-screen countdown capsule — pulsing recording dot + draining timer ring, floats above everything, fully click-through
• Smart block suggestions — when the AI spots a distraction not on your list, one click adds it for automatic enforcement
• Unified Settings drawer — AI provider, watch cadence, and editable website/app blocklists in one place
• Hard app blocking — blocked apps are hidden the moment they're frontmost while locked in
