Missing Arch dependency in build documentation

Issue Description

Arch requires the boost package as well, but isn't included in the list of dependencies under "For Arch:"

Reproduction Steps

Built from scratch on Arch, configure failed because of lack of boost present on system. Installed boost package, was then able to configure as documented.

This has been added! I've reworked the whole Arch setup to be much more robust now.
