Add conda-forge Packaging

To that end I am adding a new package source.

Pixi (linux: x64, aarch64; macOS: aarch64)

We have a binary jank package in pixi, installation is quick and easy.
pixi installs into an environment, thus it is largely independent from the host environment.

pixi global install jank

To update jank, you can run the following.

pixi global update

Note

pixi is most productively employed when installing packages into a development environment.
In this way it aleviates the "Works on my machine!" problem.

Hi! Thanks for the help and interest. I'm not familiar with pixi, but it's cool to see jank getting packaged there. Is there anything you need from me to help this along?

• I would like to add you as a maintainer, but I need you to add a comment to the PR before I can do that.
• Once it is accepted by the conda-forge admins, I would like you to update the documentation as indicated above.

I am working on a jank branch to make a Windows version of the package, this deviates from the work being done related to MSYS2/CLANG as that approach is not ABI compatible with MSVC libraries which is what all of the conda-forge libraries are.
My plan is to switch all the scripts from bash and bat(windows) to the portable nushell.
