This involved copying their latest 1.86.0 release into a dedicated repo. We can't have the source repo as a submodule, since it's missing dependencies. Their releases can work in a standalone fashion, though.

@jianlingzhong You can base your changes on this branch. Feel free to merge it into your own or work from this one. I just know that dealing with dependencies and build systems is a huge time sink for most folks and I'm trying to keep up your momentum.
