NOTE!
V3 is not compatible with V2!

Clone repository in different directory if you want to try V3!
You can't use old data for V3!

Main changes:

  1. Slim3 framework changed to Laravel 10.
  2. User and release data now stored in Database.
  3. Storage structure has changed.
  4. V3 use Release-based flow (V2 use project-based flow) and allow to use multi-service release flow more clear than V2.
