Snap Slides 0.7.2
Fixes a brief flash of the previous slide during mobile transitions and improves mobile presentation layout.
Fixes and improvements
- Preserve Reveal's positioning and transforms for inactive slides during mobile transitions.
- Support optional vertical centering in portrait and landscape while keeping oversized scrollable slides top-aligned.
- Use the Obsidian theme accent by default, with a custom override and reset option; migrate the previous default accent to theme inheritance.
Snap Slides 0.7.1
0.7.1 fixes minor issues with the release workflow.
Snap Slides 0.7.0 refactors the 0.6.1 plugin and its release pipeline while retaining support for Obsidian 1.7.0 and later.
Refactor and maintenance
- Renamed the plugin from Slide Improvements to Snap Slides, including its package and plugin ID.
- Moved presentation styling from dynamically generated style blocks into a dedicated stylesheet. Plugin settings now update scoped CSS custom properties and root classes.
- Modernized the settings tab with Obsidian declarative settings on 1.13+, while retaining the legacy settings UI for older supported versions.
- Added ESLint, typechecking, esbuild production bundling, and an npm run verify command.
- Added GitHub Actions validation with the Obsidian community scanner, plus ZIP packaging and release assets.
Presentation updates
- The mobile close button fades after inactivity and reappears on interaction.
- Existing note-to-copy workflow, scrollable slides, and configurable desktop/mobile styling remain available.
Requires Obsidian 1.7.0 or later and the built-in Slides core plugin.
