Live-tested authentication fix for the Movistar Askey RTF8316VW.

  • Fixes false password rejection when the authenticated map page references the router login endpoint.
  • Adds regression coverage for the RTF8316VW response.
  • Rewrites the repository documentation for the modern config-entry integration.

Validated with Ruff, pytest, the live router client, and Home Assistant 2026.7.3.
