squizlabs/php_codesniffer war in composer.json via exaktem Pin (==3.13.5) fixiert. Diese Version faellt unter Security-Advisory PKSA-rdkp-vv9z-mjkg (OS Command Injection, betroffen < 3.13.6). Composer verweigert mit dem Default block-insecure jede frische Aufloesung, solange der Pin steht -- ein frischer `composer install` (z.B. in CI) scheitert im Install-Schritt, bevor irgendeine Pruefung laeuft. Der Pin selbst bestand bereits vor dieser Aenderung und wird hier nur vorwaerts bewegt, nicht neu eingefuehrt.
