Changes

  • Add required CI on every PR and main push: formatting, lint, types, unit tests with 80% global coverage gates, packaging/helper tests, and builds.
  • Add immutable action pins, read-only permissions, npm download caching, and Turbo caching.
  • Require CI checks before merging into main without requiring review approval.
  • Include docs stylesheet declarations in clean checkouts; docs version 0.0.12.

Verification

All local checks and PR CI passed. A temporary failing test verified the red gate and was removed before merge.

Fresh-runner CI baseline: 13m 38s. Installation 1m 19s, typechecks 4m 21s, unit tests 1m 27s, final build 5m 45s.
