  • Storage Permission Handling & EPERM Resolution:

    • Automatically verifies 'All files access' (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) on Android 11+ (API 30+) devices to prevent open failed: EPERM (Operation not permitted) errors when reading/writing game configuration (.flavor.info, Config.wtf) and game data in external storage or micro-SD cards.
    • Added 'All Files Access Permission' readiness indicator to the Environment Readiness card.
    • Streamlined permission flow: provides a dedicated dialog and 'GRANT STORAGE PERMISSION' button directing users straight to WoW Forever's system settings toggle.
    • Automatically re-evaluates storage access on app resume without requiring an app restart.

  • Major Codebase Cleanup & Optimization:

    • Pruned unused dependencies, legacy dialog packages, dead menu XMLs, and unreferenced assets.
    • Shaved over 47,000 lines of dead code and unreferenced assets, trimming release package size down to 153 MB.
