In order to use direct URLs from localhost without HTTPS (as provided by scoreboard engine) you will need to run CasparCG with the "no sandbox" option.

Add --no-sandbox to your CasparCG command line arguments.

Add your scoreboard engine HTML pages (e.g. http://127.0.0.1:3000/pages/scorebug.html) to your CasparCG rundown and play it out.
