Summary

Add zizmor workflow linting on every PR (section 4).

Status update: DEFENSE_IN_DEPTH.md: zizmor → (PR pending); Socket Firewall → PR #189

Changes

• Add .github/workflows/check-workflows.yaml from the skill template (SHA-pinned checkout, Socket Firewall, zizmor-action).

Verification

• Workflow matches the zizmor template
• npx actions-up -y reports all actions up to date
