Summary

Upgrade the code quality group to the Latest versions allowed by minimumReleaseAge. Only @biomejs/biome was outdated (2.5.4 → 2.5.8). Vitest and coverage packages were already current.

Changes

• Bump @biomejs/biome from ^2.5.4 to ^2.5.8

Verification

• pnpm build passes
• pnpm test passes (312 tests, 100% coverage; biome check clean)
