Request bins now use Keyv via MockHttpBins, and the Worker can store them in MongoDB Atlas.

⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• Replace BinManager, BinStore, and InMemoryBinStore with async MockHttpBins. mock.bins.start() and mock.bins.stop() are removed. The default maxBodySize is 128 KiB (was 1 MiB). Node engines are now >=22.19.0 (was >=22.18.0). (b1ddcc0, #246)
  Migration: assign mock.bins = new MockHttpBins({ keyv }) before start() (default store is new Keyv()) and await the bin methods.
