Swift SCIP indexer — macOS arm64.

Republished after the repo moved from phuongddx/scip-swift to this org. The move dropped the tags and release assets, and GitHub serves no redirect for the old owner, so setup.sh --only scip-swift had been 404ing for every user.

Same source as the original v0.1.2 (the only change since that tag is a CI runner bump); the binary reports 0.1.2 (swift 6.2.4). The asset checksum differs from the deleted release because this is a fresh build — setup.sh verifies against the .sha256 sidecar published here, so nothing downstream needs changing.

Install via jarvis setup.sh, or download the tarball directly.
