KCC's rainbow eraser is now a toggle in the WebUI. Turn it on and colour pages get the interference pattern that colour e-ink screens introduce attenuated on the way through, the same option KCC exposes for devices like the Kindle Colorsoft and Kobo Libra Colour.

- Rainbow Eraser toggle under Color and Quality — passes KCC's
--eraserainbow, which attenuates the rainbow interference pattern colour e-ink screens add to colour pages. Off by default, and it only affects colour output.
