Massive progress since last release.

• improve UI / Song mode

• better controls for playing (now we use Enter)

• use Shift-Enter to reset (will also stop hanging notes)

• Lots of new effects (hit / to enter Effects mode)

  Note: with the additional of effects files from V0.2 and V0.1 are not compatible. There is a convert_rpt12.py that may work to update your files.
