JS Arrays not Deques in Terms of Complexity

Would suggest to change the following sentence Arrays in accordance with Deque Complexity.
For instance, the MDN doc on arrays Array MDN doesn't mention that js arrays are deques.

MDN is docs, this is a tutorial that helps you with implementations

maybe deque is a special case of arrays (js arrays) that you can implement without adding anything
