Adds a macOS universal (x86_64 + arm64) .mcpb, built + verified on GitHub Actions (native arm64 run + live TLS to the rail; x86_64 via clang -arch + self-built OpenSSL). Linux/x86_64 .mcpb also attached. Same 8 tools; new wallets include free starter credit.
