✅ Arc mode for the moon

• added arc mode for the moon like for the sun
• new code structure (build up the files in github now)
• all images are base64 data URIs now
• css optimization to make the card slightly smaller
• optimized for hacs
• new translation for french and dutch added, thanks @panther4922 @Seagatehd
