If /etc/hosts has been modified, use the remote host when printing
tunnel URLs instead of the pyflop interface IP.

pyflop will add an entry to /etc/hosts by default now which maps the pyflop interface IP to the remote hosts provided.
This can be disabled via the --no-hosts parameter.
