Explanation

Before running this task, make sure you have followed the Prepare for a new SDK Version section. This task creates all necessary files for enabling new run times to be created, and can also prepare them for being checked into the git repository. Before creating a pull request after deploying files using this task, make sure that the generated configuration file and created database are fully functional and independant of your personal system.
