Backwards incompatible: SILKY_IGNORE_PATHS entries are now matched against
request.path_info instead of request.path. For most deployments these are
identical and nothing changes. If silk runs behind a front-end web server that
sets a SCRIPT_NAME prefix, and you worked around #349 by writing that prefix
into your SILKY_IGNORE_PATHS entries (e.g. /some-prefix/healthz), remove the
prefix (/healthz) or those paths will no longer be ignored.
